     good idea (living wise) - if you dont care about having your own lawn, control over your walls, no neighbors, and other apartment-like things its fine
     good idea (money wise) - you can sell it and maybe make money off it

     @why yeah that's kinda what worries me, it's basically an apartment but just slightly less cucked, but that's more or less all I can possibly afford unless I stay home for 10 more years
     
     Also the resell prospect for condos aren't great

     Separated only by the same thin walls from ghetto groids & trailer trash (the bad kind) except they also think they have high social status.
