In 2020 there was a TEDx talk with a young physicist whose mysterious talk title was "There is nothing". The contents of the talk are unknown because an hour after the talk was to conclude, the university started receiving telephone calls asking about the event because people weren't coming back from it. Rumors are the investigation at the location revealed a swirling black "orifice" in the room where the talk was to be held, with empty chairs strewn about the room in disarray, as if everything was sucked into the swirling black hole.
Police were called, who called the FBI, who called "someone else". The university was closed and the entire area was fenced off with razor wire. The official story is the physicist attempted a demonstration with radioactive materials and killed everyone accidentally, and all bodies and the entire area had to be buried in cement without any visitation by the families because of the radioactivity.
