Apparently in studies, a LOT of things are effective at reducing covid. A couple of interesting notes:
1. Ibuprofin is not really good or bad, acetaminophen IS bad
2. Ivermectin and HCQ are effective (we knew that by now)
3. Vitamin A appears to be MORE effective than HCQ ("more effective" -> ranks better by more metrics in studies)
4. Remdesivir is at the very lower bound of effectiveness, it's not zero but it's worse than pretty much everything else.
