   I found the opposite is better because the fan will suck the hot air in your room and blow it out the window. it only works if you have two windows or one big one since cold air needs to be sucking through the second window to replace the air lost from the fan blowing it out the window

     British government doesn't want people opening their window all the way because of muh climate. Probably also so people can't jump out the window when a police raid happens

     actually it's illegal for Br*tish people to open their windows all the way now because of this one neat trick
