     @FrailLeaf No, unless these DMs mention someone else on my server. DMs only reach inboxes of those users who are tagged, without any CCs. Either way, I don't intend to make DMs public since those clearly specify which parties can receive it, unlike followers-only posts that are CC'd to unknown amount of people.

     It certainly is, I think adding https://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams#Public to a list of `to`s in the activity/object via MRF would be sufficient.
