   It’s pretty crazy how powerful it is to just….not sign a contract when you’re at a job. Everyone just does it, and to this day I’ve never wished I HAD signed one when I didn’t. Almost every time someone starts making a move, they’re reminded they inked a very bitter deal in the heat of the moment, and have to weigh the chances of a lawsuit hanging over their heads

   Very, VERY hard to pull off in corporate jobs, because things don’t fall through the cracks as easily, but if you’re w/ someone smaller a “I sent it to your wife” can save you thousands

     there's usually no corporate policy against shredding the only contract of your contract after youve signed it...so long as it was a hard copy...

     It’s hard to do it w/ big companies because they’ll track it in your HR profile, so every day you don’t sign it they see this blurb bothering them. You can try to con your way out of it, upload blanks, tell them you have tech issues, etc. but it’s not sure.

     Maybe you pretend to have anxiety over it, get all panicattack-y and hope they drop it
