   🚨BRITISH AIRWAYS is HAVING A MOMENT 🚨

   I thought *my* BA checked baggage story from July was bad. My sister-in-law and her husband flew BA to Amsterdam to board a cruise. Both their bags got lost. Daily contact with BA yielded nothing. They wound up having to buy a new wardrobe 2x.

   Eight days later, flying back through Heathrow, she had enough time to talk to an agent. They directed her to three rooms FILLED WITH "LOST" LUGGAGE.

     She wound up finding ONE of her suitcases in the room. It was soaking wet, inside and out, and had been sitting there for eight days.

     She said there were simply hundreds of suitcases piled into the three rooms.

     Not only was she talking daily to BA about finding her luggage, the concierge of the cruise ship was doing the same. BOTH said that BA simply hung up on them multiple times.
