Microsoft tells me they respect my privacy and I should accept their updated Outlook ToS.
1.) MS forced me to make an account with my phone number and all so I could play Minecraft.
2.) I did not ask MS to update anything.
3.) I will not agree to anything.
MS will probably force me to, so I can continue play Minecraft, but thanks MS for respecting me in this way!
- Machismo repeated this.

@kaia time to write c# bindings for minetest and make the game good :neocat_googly:

@kaia personally, I gave up on minecraft when the account migration was announced, so...

@kaia Microsoft respecting users privacy is one of the biggest IT jokes ever. That was true maybe 15 years ago. The Win11 user account shenanigans is probably the best example.
I too had to create an Microsoft account to migrate from the Mojang one. At least I didn't have to provide a phone number.

skill issue
Pick a privacy-respecting and good-UI OS and never look back. If proprietary software wants to do proprietary things, it is not your problem unless you are a weak-minded fool, no better than an animal.

@dhfir I want to eventually ditch Windows, but I need it a bit for gaming. maybe Steam Deck can solve that, but I dislike Steam as well :ChenShrug:
