     @vicious never been there, and i'm getting the vibes that even my low expectations of going there have too much faith in how good it is
     
     i imagine paris to be a boring city with a mundane tourist mark, probably interesting food only available there by how it's made and nationally common ingredients
     
     maybe the awe of one of the largest man-made structures would awestruck me, but only for a minute before i left, or half a day of utter disgust if my family is there to take 100 photos of the same thing over and over again
