@givenup @SuperSnekFriend Upper back was totally my fault. Worked on the L couch for a year. Fucked up a nerve probably. I'm mostly healed with it triggering here and there but nothing relaxing in the couch won't fix
Fucked the lower back while healing from the upper... I got into the habit of fully laying down on the couch because that was the only way to ease the wave of pressure going to my head, but the couch was shit and at some point the cushion got fucked and there was a hole where it should've supported my lower back, that fucked it for a few months
