     The whole "you can't legislate morality" thing was always the most retarded formulation.
     
     That's what laws are: legislating morality.
     
     The intellectually honest argument is to say the loss of human life is a lower priority than permitting women the maximum possible sexual freedom.
     
     But leave it to Boomers to invent clever sidesteps of the issue to justify letting degeneracy get out of hand.
