     I sold a house earlier this year, and after the mortgage was paid and dropped off my credit, it went down over 100 points, good times

     @mord @Shadowman311 Your credit score is, in effect, your good Goy points. The less interest (ie: lender profits) you end up paying on your loan, the more they hate you and want to deny you from borrowing ever again.
