     @arstechnica US congress voted to limit funding to a cap of the initial budget estimates or have it canceled. Updated current estimates I've heard by project scientists is approximated to be vastly higher of the projected costs. If it had leeway like the James Webb telescope it may have been realistic but right now it's looking grim and without additional funding any sample return could be dead in the water. 😕
