   Thoughts on this logged-out homepage design in Soapbox? I'm killing the cockblocking front page. It will display essentially the local feed with the site logo at the top.

     Alex knows my position on it. I had to disable viewing the timelines with nginx because it's broken in pleroma. I don't want our or fedi timelines available because I would rather not get any more calls from FBI or have people report us because of whatever reason

     I think most administration on "dark fedi" would like to be able to make the local feed on the landing page optional.

     @mischievoustomato The landing page as it exists today is going away. But if authorized fetch is enabled it will be unable to display the feed, so the homepage will look essentially like the screenshot without a feed.
