     @cinerion Experinse doctors and drugs are both a result of the government being in charge of health care in "free" health care country's, and in addition in american insurance company's.

     @dcc@annihilation.social Here people can choose to pay everything out of pocket if they want to, but drugs and doctors are expensive as fuck. I don't see any number of people above 5% of the population being able to afford it if it were fully out of pocket.
