   @torgeros @davidho You bike would be destroyed immediately, and there would be no repercussions to those that do it. (You'd probably get a ticket for impeding traffic.)
   If you were to destroy that truck, you'd go to jail.

     It’s a universal axiom that if you have an unprotected bike lane, a motor vehicle will use it as parking.
