     You can get 90% of the population in a slightly sane country to agree that it's a good thing that kids can go out and play without getting their faces cut off by cartel members, and that was actually a problem before Bukele.

     Technically, you can't ever get >70% of the people, anywhere, to agree on *anything*.

     Numbers higher than that scream fudgery.
