     I wouldn't call any "antagonist" of a Touhou game as a "big bad girl", except maybe Junko (who wants to genocide the Lunarians) and Clownpiece (who wants to help). Gensokyo and the "incidents" of the main games are not set up as Good vs. Evil morality tales.
