     I get what you're saying, but I'd say a head of state saying it out loud is different than that kind of event being handled "diplomatically".
     If we're hearing about it, odds are things are even worse behind the scenes.

     The feud is gaining strength.
     Looks like India escalted with murdering a Canadian in Canada in June, rather than Trudeau today.
