     @arstechnica IIRC Microsoft announced many years ago it would discontinue Paint, perhaps in favor of Paint 3D. Well, well, look how it turned out

     @arstechnica To be honest, I would really like to see a simple drawing/cutting app on macOS & iOS. It's quite baffling why there's none.

     We had most of tools of such app already for example in annotation tools, but no standalone app for editing existing images 🤷♂️
