     the system gets quite hot but i'm confident we'll manage the heat, will try conducting to the case tomorrow. in worst case we'll add a lil' fan option.

     the 16GB feels infinitely big if you're used to 4GB :D and the A72 cores are definitely snappier than the A53 of i.MX8M, even if they're only dual core.

     i'm not sure if there's currently any other fully OSHW computer with these kind of resources (yes, you can easily build a more powerful PC, but that's not the point ^^).

     @vitali64sur sorry, i was a bit short on time. so, OSHW means that the schematics and circuit board design files are open source and the components are available on the open market, so anyone can modify or reproduce the electonic device. what you mean is Open Silicon, which is still a rarity--but i hope something that will become more popular.
