     Even blocking one person is usually going to involve collateral just in terms of the things they post; occasionally someone's entire existence is just spamming or whatever, but it's pretty rare.
     Like one time I blocked someone because they were spamming tubgirl at me; I don't even remember what I did to tilt them so hard. Probably told them to stop being lazy. I unblocked them ~10 minutes later, once they'd turned off their script, because I might still want to listen to them later.
