I'm being completely serious and unironic here: this is because these blocklists, and `#fediblock` in general, are terrorist tactics created and utilized by Mastodon (collectively) in order to sabotage and destroy the wider Fediverse which Mastodon does not have market-share nor ideological control over.
Mastodon *hates* the Fediverse---Mastodon *wants* monopoly over the entire network and *wants* it to all just *be* "Mastodon". Mastodon consistently refuses to even refer to the wider network or use terms like "Fediverse".
