   @ukscone Yes, generic food colouring.

   This is "Sekihan" (red rice). Typically, the beans that are mixed in add color to the rice, but since I was born in Hokkaido, I use food coloring then add "Amanatto".

     @akkiesoft the rice is now a pretty colour. generic food colouring or a special type for rice?
