   If you think the Federal government has authority to tax a trade of your labor for money, you're a retard.

   If the federal government arbitrarily set the "income" tax regulations to tax 100% of "income" for everyone, I'd bet that 10/10 "constitutional conservatives" would be all riled up and yelling: They can't do that! It's unconstitutional!

   But they instead set the percentage a tad lower and all the conservative sheep are placated and docile while the retard liberals bleat in the background.

     @eriner I'm kinda thing that the authority comes from the people, so if people allow themselves to be taxed.... I mean, I do get your point here, but the fact remains. Effectively, they do have the authority since people do pay them.
