     @SrbijaStronk@poa.st The Isaacson guy is obviously an unreliable source after the entire "Musk secretly shutdown Starlink over Crimea to trip up Ukraine" fiasco which turned out to be a lie.
     
     This too is probably just referencing the thing where the defense oriented service they offer - Starshield - allows the DoD to set the active and inactive cells on the terminals owned by the DoD. Which seems reasonable for the more expensive, US govt targeted service tier.
