     And that a well armed and trained militia being necessary to the defence of a free state...

     @teknomunk With the right two lines, it should be pretty straightfoward to prove before a court that the mere fact that you've been summoned there is evidence that the people neeed to shoot the government post-haste.

     I don't think there is anything in the Constitution about that. I think it was a Supreme Court opinion.
