     it's more "section 8".
     
     Landlords seem to have higher standards than women when you rent normally but if you go Section 8 and eventually find one that doesn't turn you down for being Section 8, well you get steady income.
     
     Of course only the corporate/Jewish landlords can afford to do upkeep or pay some company to. Section 8 means bad news usually so most landlords who aren't slumlords reject it.
