     @mangeurdenuage I grow amaranth but it mostly goes to the chickens. I think I have grown one similar to what you have there called Hopi red but I believe it was used as a dye rather than eaten. I never got around to doing anything with it and it hasn't volunteered this year. Beautiful strain though.

     @thatguyoverthere This one is called "Elephant head" next year I'm trying the "fox tail" variant.
