   But with my new work buddy from Czech Republic it’s fun.
   He’s a good dude and likes to work and you tell him one time how it works and he gets it. Love it, that’s how it should be.

     Absolutely,
     some can’t even differentiate their ass from their mouth.
     My new dude is 38, a carpenter, married with a doctor and has a 7yo daughter.
     The other dude is born in Brasil raised in Portugal and since 3 years in Switzerland.
     He’s a mess.

     @wyliesau as someone who has had many times people working under my direction, the good ones are so hard to find. Even more so today. Kids these days really know nothing except tiktok and snapchat.
