Dr. Giordano wants to control your brain, soft kill Americans who are deemed enemy combatants (civilians and military alike it doesn't matter) he wants his guys to be genetic super soldiers and your kids to be weak and frail with organ failure, brain bleeding, neurosis, psychosis, etc...

Here's 2 hours of this guy. Its impossible to watch without being insanely angry. Their plan is to poison everyone. And if you don't comply with being poisoned they will just target you for experimentation or worse extermination.
