     @feditips Feedback from an American who has not donated outside of our common payment processors: this link is confusing and so I did not complete a donation transaction. Aren’t there others that allow a choice of currency or define the currency being used and explain how the transfer is handled?

     You just put the donation amount in euros and your card company will automatically convert it no matter what currency you use.

     It's the same conversion process used if you order something from an overseas website.

     Euros have historically tended to be similar to dollars in value, 1 euro is 1.07 dollars at time of writing this post.
