     Ubuntu ➡️ kubuntu ➡️ Manjaro ➡️ arch.
     I haven't screwed up the install yet, so I stay put.

     @nixCraft My main desktop has stayed on Kubuntu for some years, but I have a spare laptop and Intel NUCs that I hop with constantly.

     @nixCraft openSUSE KDE is 4 Watts more power-efficient than Fedora, so it has pretty much stopped my distro hopping.

     @nixCraft When I first got into Linux I hopped a lot but have settled with Arch.

     I do try the odd distro but usually in a VM.

     Haven't hopped in a long while.

     @nixCraft I was confused between Debian and Arch so I am just dual booting debian and arch. I think I have settled for now and if I feel like using anything else, I am just going to use a VM. :blobmiou:

     @nixCraft I landed on #ubuntu Mate a while back. Driver support is solid and the GUI is just the right amount of customizable.
     #popos does seem really neat tho.

     @nixCraft It depends on how you look at it. I’ve switched between Arch and Fedora a few times in the last few years, but for the last 10 I always go back to Arch for desktops. I have been very consistent with Debian for servers.

     @nixCraft I started out on mandrake linux, switched to debian after a few years and stuck with it... I don't feel the need to change the distribution anymore, since I can (if possible) adjust the current one to my needs...

     @nixCraft in the beginning I had fedora, opensuse, Ubuntu, but not long after I discovered #ArchLinux. I never looked back since. Buuuut I came across @guix path recently and installed it on the server, maybe I'll make the move for my laptop and desktop after familiarizing with it.
