   @rher @Aether I hear positive things about Eastern Europe. Asian countries don't have this problem in general. There are some LatAm countries worth considering.
   
   Look - this is the murder clearance rate, right? You have about a 50% chance of just...getting away with murder in the US. It's bad, and there's not a whole lot of hope for it. You could just go to any first world country and it'd be better.

     @themoodyjooz @mac_ack @rher @Aether It's basically "50% for blacks and between 60-75% for everyone else."
     
     The better clearance rates for everyone who isn't black don't have any impact on the statistics, because almost all murders in the US are black on black.
