     They never want state rights here, otherwise yeah California could ban guns but all the red states would ban immigration, trannies and other shit at which point the US would just break in half from being legislatively polarized.
     
     Gotta instead pretend 2A exists even if you've reduced gun ownership to 0.1% of the population instead of just outright cancelling it.
