   No one, and I mean NO ONE, wants to support weak men. It goes against every instinct that both men AND women have.
   
   Until the weaker men are supported at least in a minimal way, they have no power to protect or guide their families. Everyone has abandoned Noblesse oblige. Whatever little warlords want to crop up have extremely fertile soil. What would men do for a leader who will support them and give them families

     It's easy to say that strength comes from within, and while there's some truth to that, it's also really important to have a family, mentor, etc. to teach you strength.
