   “to kill” (キル kiru)
   “to cut” (切る kiru)
   “to wear” (着るkiru)
   "fascist" sounds like "fashion" (and both are loan words in Japanese)

   And thus we get an anime about overthrowing a fascist regime where the school uniforms grant super-powers, and need to be cut from the bodies of the wearers, using a giant scissor blade
