     @WashedOutGundamPilot I remembered REALLY liking G Gundam as a kid. Rewatched last year and man it is cringe.
     
     The racial sterotype Gundams are still fun though

     @sparky Well duh, you should’ve been watching it with your kids, then it’s super cool again. I give credit to the dub, man. They’re not nearly as cringe as I expected, likely thanks to the fact that they don’t have too many dumb jap names to pronounce. Also the asia guy and domon really ham it up and they’re great.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot Still lacking in the sons department so just watching Sleeping Beauty for the 400th time with the girls. Will get around to it eventually.
     
     Apparently the guy that voiced Domon in the dub only did it to pay his way through med school, is now a doctor, and doesn't voice act anymore. Extremely based

     @sparky One of the things my sister surprisingly liked were some of those super old 30’s movies with ballrooms and stuff. To this day I think she watches old charlie chan stuff, she likes how classy and sophisticated everything was.

     I’m so glad she never got too much into the commercialized chick stuff….we couldn’t handle it. We always tried to humor her with romcom type stuff to bridge the gap.
