A bottle of Heinz 57 sauce was approximately $5.25 in September of 2020. It's now stabilized to $6.98 on Amazon. This is a 33% cost increase over the period of three years.
A bottle of French's Yellow Mustard was approximately $3.43 in September of 2020. It's currently $6.56. This represents a 91% cost increase.
Ingredients for condiments are sourced in bulk... which can provide a decent snapshot of real cost increases.

I did the math last week on my electric bills from the past 2 years and they've gone up 33% as well in just that time. We went from 12 cents per kWh to 16. Absolute fucking horseshit. I don't even believe this is all "supply chain issues" or inflation. Corporations just saw an opening to make more money and shift blame elsewhere so they did and people eat shit because there's no alternative.
