22 years seems very, very excessive for a nonviolent crime. But, it's the federal government, so what do you expect. I believe he fucked around and found out.
@alex@monsterislandcolonizer Trump had the chance to pardon all the J6 participants when he knew he was losing his presidency. He still had like a few days to do it. If he didn't do it then, he wouldn't do it now.
@monsterislandcolonizer I was just reading about that. They conveniently detained him on January 5th for a crime he committed in December. So his group went to the Capitol without him, to enact their plan that he had been leading as leader of the organization.
I wonder if Trump won if he would pardon him. He's basically a political prisoner. But he did also commit a crime.
