     i'm lucky it pulled out clean with old tape tbh it's fragile and it tearing would have been a real issue

     This reminds me of a turbo autist professor I've had that gave us a +60 min lecture on electrical tape, residue, how it deteriorates, etc. Good times

     I wish more people understood this though. There are SOOOOO many old guys who just use it thinking it’s a solution for good, and before you know it I’m under the panel trying to de-gum 60 years of liquefied adhesive before it catches fire
