Don’t really have much interest in that croat bullpup (until it dies down and the market loses interest) but I do like that they released a bayonet for it
$300 made in krautland bayonet, though

@professionalbigot69 Looks heavy, like they all are. I just don’t get why bullpups are given a free pass to weigh 16 pounds when they’re all setup. I wouldn’t put up w/ that shit on an AR, but since it looks like halo I have to jump at the chance to pay $3500
Ukes made a new RPK handguard, kinda cool looking from the slavblock for a change.
TBH I really lost my affection for zenitco now, it got all popular over here and just…..eh. It’s always kinda funny how everyone wants what they can’t have. The russkies copied magpul shit for a while, while we copied their kludged imitations.
Also that stock is a full pound. So that’s….ah
@Saberfriend @professionalbigot69 I liked my RFB while I had it. As long as you give it a shakeout I’m game for a kelly
It just…..I’m tired I guess. This whole thing is exactly like the tavor. It comes out, it’s everyone’s favorite new trinket, the market shows it everywhere for a year, and then it’s totally forgotten about. If they’re still talking about the VHS in five years, maybe there’ll be something to it
@Saberfriend Now that the cheap surplus ammo dried up I don’t even shoot mine anymore. I think a lot of that has come down in price, but I sometimes think about selling off my 5.45, just not as feasible when I can’t grab a case from a boomer in a parking lot for eighty bucks
@professionalbigot69 Yeah, yeah, “but it doesn’t FEEL that heavy because - “
PASS
Weight is weight, over time I’ve gotten more and more sick of how the industry is imitating the military as if we’re all mounted combatants w/ a nice HMMV on hand to chauffer us from one engagement to another. Looking into the future when these things will be used, I don’t want my descendants to be weighed down with meme shit.
There’s no reason these gun companies can’t take a page from everyone else and lighten their gear up. All these civvie guns are STILL in the old fashioned marketing mindset that customers feel that heft is a signifier of quality. Instead it’s a sign of lazy design or cost cutting.
@professionalbigot69 They’re all playing catch up to the AR and its inherent lightness, they can’t escape that fact. I’m not accepting excuses from these lazy faggots when CF and Ti are being used for gear pins for 100-year old pipers. SOMEHOW boomers whittling their own biplanes in the garage can figure out how to mold their own carbon/aramid tubs, but military manufacturers can’t do anything but cut down a 20-lb block of steel into a 10-lb one with a shrug and a scoff
