   I've never understood this mentality. If something is fun it's generally okay to keep making it like that. Call of Duty fell off because they hyperfocused on multiplayer and the monetization and low quality output made it stale. If the game is high quality it's not really an issue.
   
   This is shareholder thinking. "How come line don't go up? Profits stable? Not good enough! Profits have to be infinity!"
