Saw Ifixit suing McDonald's for right to repair which got me thinking why the ones here are always working
I asked a local McDonald's employee and he told me they fix and clean the stuff themselves.
No hiring a proprietary technician or any of that nonsense
Another L for the west I guess :shrug:

@Ronnie21093 really?
that's insane considering he was helping THEM
-
@Meemoo That reminds me. Didn't McDonalds once sue a guy who made a device that was supposed to tell the user exactly what the problem with the machine was?
-
@weissrespecter @Ronnie21093 american laws are such a huge mess :senko_sigh:
-
@Meemoo @Ronnie21093 McDonald's didn't sue, the company that makes the ice cream machines sued, then because they have an exclusive repair agreement (allegedly) with McD's they threatened to sue for breach of contract and McDonald's corporate told anyone who bought the devices they'd be defranchised if they didn't get rid of them
-
@LoliHat @Ronnie21093 @weissrespecter I don't think you need a lawyer to see how bad this specific contract was
-
@Meemoo @weissrespecter @Ronnie21093
Protip: Get a lawyer to sign off on any contract you make, especially when you are a large corporation.
-
@Meemoo @LoliHat @Ronnie21093 @weissrespecter much like Andrew Tate being a scurrying Jew in any story he tells
Contracts made by mega corps in the west is them using Jewish tatics of using big words from the dictionary for a simple definition to confuse you and make you sign it thinking it's good along with other Jewish tatics of fine prints, etc.

@Meemoo @Ronnie21093 The entire system is based on the assumption that people will sue each other over literally everything in order to actually get the rights they supposedly have, but of course the monetary and time costs of litigation make that impossible for the average person. Whole damn legal system needs to be torn down :reimu_sigh:
-
@LoliHat @Meemoo @Ronnie21093 @weissrespecter it still smells of judaism so the common man won't be able to tell if it's good or not without someone literally specialized in contract dealing

@luithe @Meemoo @Ronnie21093 @weissrespecter
My stab-happy personal lawyer (who isn't Jewish) would stab someone for daring to suggest using "simple" wording as an alternative to the hyper-precise wording these days (which isn't a "Jewish" exclusive tactic).
-
@LoliHat @Meemoo @Ronnie21093 @weissrespecter those fucking Brits :awoo_mad:

@luithe @Meemoo @Ronnie21093 @weissrespecter
That ain't Jewish. It's Anglo-Saxon derived combination of "law & order" and psychotic willingness to fight constraints. It was well established before any "Jewish" influence.
