     Although, heads up: Adblock was acquited by Adblock Plus (Eyeo) and Eyeo is paid by surveillance capitalists like Google to unblock their sites:

     And Ghostery works for the advertising industry:

     The only blocker on that list that is not in some way supporting adtech is uBlock Origin.

     On the Mac/iOS side of things, 1Blocker –
     https://1blocker.com/ – also does what it says on the tin.

     (We recommended them as a replacement when we discontinued Better – and they were kind enough to donate to Small Technology Foundation for a while as people signed up for it https://better.fyi/)

     @aral Thank you! Yeah, that's the one I use myself.

     I'm looking into making the list customizable, and I'll be sure to update the default one as well.

     Are there any good plugins you'd suggest?
