     @cassidyclown @slugbert He used to be on Outpoast before it shut down. He was offline for awhile but it seems like he decided to join yours for whatever reason.

     Also, a lot of instances still seem to have sign ups disabled or admin-approved even months after the Linder incident. Yours is open.

     @xianc78 @cassidyclown @slugbert I don't think Linder had any saying on that. A few instances closed down regs during the Shekelberg spam, but practically everyone but FediUN reverted the changes. Mine is also open and has been so for quite a while, aside from a temporary closure before I implemented better ratelimit and harder captcha.
