     @coolboymew yes, I thought there was a preceding case that had the libs of tiktok follow smear but it's very much same difference:
     I imagine they can lump up some more failure/controversial causing decisions to this one in order to have an 'ESG covered' quarter. If that's still a thing and they apply.
