   @Wormwood I do recall the allies blowing up a ship full of german refugees, known to be nothing but escaping civilians, too. Forgot the name, but the grudge remains

Was heavily overloaded with refugees trying to go west from the baltics to escape the soviet rape train, and a soviet sub popped up and found her steaming straight and slow
     
     however much like lusitania any way you look at it she was a valid target. the germans were evacuating war materiale and soldiers on her in addition to the refugees. it's just one of many tragedies of 1945 that is both horribly difficult to revisit and probably would never help anything

     @Paultron @Wormwood By the standards we hold for our enemies, it was nothing like a legit target and there was nothing but orphaned toddlers aboard. Wait, uh….gay and trans toddlers aboard!

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @Wormwood I also recall the Allies laughing about the Russians raping nuns and elementary school girls to death. . .

     We don’t remember their names, but the grudge remains.
