The idea that RMS thinks Linux wouldn't have succeeded without the GNU userland shit is very laughable.

Linus used that shit because it was there and he didn't want to duplicate efforts, but if he wanted he could have replicated all that shit in one weekend, it's just implementation of Unix shit after all.

But the opposite is NOT true, nobody from the GNU project could have replicated a kernel as good in any amount of time, as evidenced by, you know, history.

tl;dr it's NOT "GNU/Linux" and Stallman is a fat loser
