     @jason yes, i can resolve all other domains, but not our domains and not "name.tools" which is used on name.com for CSS etc, so their website is broken for me as well

     @mntmn I can confirm it works from our DNS servers as well. Can you resolve anything, because it almost looks like you can reach the DNS servers you were trying with the "timed out" errors in your screen shots.
